Yes i see it the same way, also if you start on one of the more difficult planets, you will learn to solve problems faster than on terra.īecause on terra you get so many starting resources that you might not notice your mistakes at all until cycle 100-200 and then die, whereas on arboria for example ,your starting resources like water and algae are very limited. Playing on no sweat is great to learn some basics of the game, but the real fun and challenge doesn't start until you play on survival. Luckily I just found a cold steam vent near my base and put a small bandaid over the glaring problem for now. My current base is transitioning to mid game atm and I found my self short of water, mainly due to relying on farming too much and an over active reseacher.
